Xray/SMI team driver Dirk Wischnewski, a two-time European Champion in 1/10 scale nitro on-road racing, was facing this problem also. However he has come to a solution which makes his testing very effective. Wischnewski is using Track Max which is a special track treatment compound from Dutch based Tornado. Dirk had this to say:

Since Selner supplies the product, he knows that Thomas has only used minimal products such as 1 Pro-Line SHIFT body, 1 motor and 24 pair of Pro-Line tyres to compete in 15 events. Congratulations to Thomas for great results with a good budget on resources.

In the NOMAC class it was Tom Smolderen taking the pole as the only one with 20 laps followed by Remo Franssen, Stanley Bauer and Peter v. Koningsveld. A lot of things were happening in the final making it very exciting. Tom was in the lead but several times he had some trouble with his drive train losing laps. Remo took over the lead and went for the win. Slowly Glenn was pushing forward and in the last minute he overtook Remo but sadly one corner after he went off the track due to glitches so Remo could take over the lead again. Remo took the win followed by Glen in 2nd while Tom Smolderen was 3rd.
