Germany; Wurst wins at NRW Challenge Rd3

Motonica team driver Christian Wurst in the 1/8 nitro class and Mugen racer Sebastian Buerge in the 1/10 200mm nitro class are the winner of the third and ultimate round of the new NRW Challenge (NRW = German State North Rhine-Westphalia) which was held at the track of the MCC Rhein-Ahr at Bad Breisig, located at the Rhine river between Bonn and Koblenz. The 254 meter track offered a good grip level and also the weather conditions were quite good with temperatures up to twelve degrees Celsius for this late outdoor racing action which would have deserved some more entries.

Holland; Jordy Velder won the Buggy vs Truggy in Purmerend

Jordy Velder has won the Buggy vs Truggy , MVW Purmerend using Tornado Off-road 30.

To determine if a buggy is quicker than a truggy, in Holland last year they started the competition Buggy versus Truggy.
Last year a buggy was the winner and in this year’s second Buggy versus Truggy race in The Neterhlands there were 4 Hong Nor cars in the mixed A - main final.
Jordy Velder running his Hong Nor X2 CR PRO usig Tornado Off-road 30 was too quick for the rest of the field with the race mixed with buggies and truggies.
Second place with a buggy was local driver Nick Schirris. Third place also with a buggy was Jan Eichhorn.
